Umbrella can be divided into two kinds. The Straight umbrella and Folding Umbrella. Normally the size from 26" to 32" called golf umbrella,of which the handle is usually a straight shape rather than curved shape, because of the convenience of golf player inserted in the golf bag. for folding umbrella, there are 2 fold,3 fold, 4 fold, 5 fold styles, 3 folded umbrella is the most common, and 5 folded is the shortest.

Umbrella components: Umbrella top/cap, the umbrella fabric, umbrella ribs, Umbrella runner, umbrella tips, umbrella shafts, and handle.

Umbrella production process:

1. large cut: to cut a roll of cloth to large strip by workers.

2. partly cut: to cut the strip into triangle panels.

3. silkscreen printing: make printing mould firstly according to the printing artwork,which need the ai or pdf format to make,then print it on panels.

4. sewing: to combine the numbers of triangle panels varies from 6-24.

5. stitch the fabric top,strap and tips.

6. assembling the ribs to the fabric.

7. glue or assemble the top(cap),handles to the shaft.

8. finishing and packing.
